Returns & Guarantee

Ready-to-ship jewelry orders leave our studio within two to four business days via tracked priority transit. Fully custom commissions require up to two weeks for creation prior to secure dispatch.

We accept returns on unworn standard items within fourteen days of package delivery. We must be contacted within 48 hours of package arrival to expedite appropriate solution. Returned pieces must remain in their original gift packaging and be returned in entirety to what was received with original package.

Complimentary standard shipping can be applied to all domestic orders over $100. Shipping rate is a flat fee of $10 for orders under $100. Local North Carolina residents get a discounted shipping rate of $8. All orders will have to be approved and will not be approved if shipping is not chosen appropriately.

Custom order creations and intuitive reading services are final sale. Custom orders will require communication with customer to ensure your happiness before the product is made and shipped. If your package arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of order arrival to report damages and find a solution.
